What our 18-month programme involves
You'll learn everything you need to become a fully qualified butcher. You’ll develop your knife skills, so you can maximise cuts and minimise waste. And you’ll get to know all about animal welfare, our supply chain and where all of our meat comes from.
What you’ll study towards
A Level 2 Meat Apprenticeship. Over 18 months, you’ll work your way through a series of modules and have regular reviews and assessments to help you grow your skills and knowledge.
