Pathway to team manager - We will support you as you move from colleague to team manger. Responsible for your own department, such as fresh food or checkouts you will learn all you need to be successful in your new role.
Pathway to senior manager - Moving from team to senior manager you will be responsible for a managing a team of team managers. You will learn to to coach and inspire others to solve problems and serve our customers better.
Pathway to store manager - Our store manager programme equips you to lead and manage a team of senior managers across the whole of the store. You will be involved in delivering the store plan, driving improvement and inspiring high performance to ensure your customers keep coming back.
