From our Digital Channels, right through to Manufacturing and Supply Chain, our Architects create the solutions that help us meet our goals and delight our customers. Protecting our customers' and our own information is an important priority for us. But it’s not just about complying with the law - it’s also about making sure we meet all customer expectations.
Our Information Security team is responsible for much of that. It’s about setting our information security strategy, implementing and monitoring security controls, managing user and systems access, and advising projects and colleagues on information security best practice. Not to mention investigating information security incidents when they happen - and putting everything in place to make sure they don’t happen again.
Our Service Operations team is responsible for making sure our core service management processes are as reliable and stable as possible. It’s all about getting everything in place so that we’re able to meet business demand.
What makes Service Operations different is that we support technology as a horizontal function, which means we collaborate right across the business, with Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, Online, Wholesale and more.
Throughout the pandemic, our team played a vital role in maintaining strong relationships between suppliers and our tech teams, and made sure we had the right tech tools to enable our business to thrive. And looking forward, we’ll continue making sure that everyone who works here has the tech they need to maintain the same agility and pace.
