Digital Customer Experience
Our Digital Customer Experience team designs, builds and owns every digital interaction that every customer has across all of our applications and websites. They focus on making each one the best it can be - and that includes experiences that are delivered through our partnerships with organisations like Ocado, Amazon and Deliveroo.
In Store Customer Experience
Our In Store Customer Experience team owns every last byte of our customer-facing in store tech, from Checkouts to the mobile devices our people use on the shop floor. It’s all about managing the way new tech is introduced to new and refurbished stores, while keeping our other stores fresh and up to date by regularly upgrading our applications and hardware.
People Systems and Colleague Experience
When it comes to the people who make our business what it is, we make sure they’re not left out - thanks to our People Systems and Colleague Experience team. Our recent upgrades mean they have the all kinds of fresh tech at their fingertips, including Oracle HCM and Reflexis, which helps them deliver on our Colleague Experience roadmap, and continuously improve our approach to communication, learning, recruitment and performance.
In other words, we use tech to make sure that the experience of working at Morrisons is the best it can be.
