It’s where we make sure our shelves are full and looking great without creating waste. It means keeping our depot teams closely linked with our suppliers. It’s about growing our online business, including our partnership with Ocado. And it involves building our wholesale function as we work with Amazon to supply external businesses rather than just our stores.
What makes our supply chain unique is that we don’t just sell food - we make it too, which means we work alongside our own manufacturing teams as well as suppliers.
And with a day to day workload that includes merchandising, development, data science, Greenfield tech, and more, it’s busy, it’s fast-moving, it’s ambitious, and it’s an incredible place to work, right at the heart of Morrisons.

As a Merchandiser, you’ll focus on making our shelves look their best. It’s about mixing customer instinct with science to analyse data on shelf lives, sales and waste. And it’s about making decision on everything from which products need to be placed at eye level to which are easiest for our store colleagues to restock.
And in Systems Development you’ll take an operational perspective to developing solutions for new business that work for everyone. Your challenge will be helping our business get ready for growth with smart and more automated decisions
