Day to day, we analyse shopping trip and customer data, test new initiatives, and ensure projects are introduced right first time and on time. And we also look ahead for future thinking and opportunities that simplify and speed up the way we work, too.

Recent projects have included supporting stores with safe customer flow, measures such as screens and marshalls, and all while making sure the right payroll is in place to help it happen. 

We’re also the people behind our hit the ground running plan. And we’ve invested significant capital on the tools we need across the business, such as fresh roll cages, digital headsets and capped shelves that improve availability, and simplify and speed up replenishment.
