Now you don’t have to worry about university fees or choose between starting your career or studying towards a degree. You can enjoy the best of both worlds on our chartered manager degree apprenticeship programmes. You’ll swing into action in a real paid job while we pay you to attend University part-time. So you can get a head start in your career.
We’ve partnered with the University of Bradford and Sheffield Hallam University to create a unique, tailor-made programme that’s designed to unlock your potential. You can work, earn and learn while studying towards a degree and preparing for a management career with one of the UK's leading food manufacturers and retailers.
Manage teams, run production lines and work on live projects with the UK’s 2nd largest fresh food manufacturer.
Going on placements with a variety of support teams, you’ll develop your skills and find the team that’s right for you.
Gaining hands-on experience of our fast-paced logistics processes, you’ll make a difference from day one.
What does the programme involve?
On the one hand you’ll take on a real role and enjoy getting paid while learning on-the-job and taking responsibility for people, projects and our operations. On the other hand you’ll be an undergraduate student, studying towards a degree in business and management. You’ll enjoy a great career and gain a degree while keeping your bank account in the black, not the red.
Juggling full-time work and a degree course won’t be easy. But if you’re ambitious and hard working, it will be an experience you’ll never forget. You’ll gain full chartered membership of the CMI and the skills and experience you need to step into a management role after three years (although there will be a final exam in the fourth year) and go onto become one of our future leaders.
