  • What does the programme involve?

On the one hand you’ll take on a real role and enjoy getting paid while learning on-the-job and taking responsibility for people, projects and our operations. On the other hand you’ll be an undergraduate student, studying towards a degree in business and management. You’ll enjoy a great career and gain a degree while keeping your bank account in the black, not the red.

Juggling full-time work and a degree course won’t be easy. But if you’re ambitious and hard working, it will be an experience you’ll never forget. You’ll gain full chartered membership of the CMI and the skills and experience you need to step into a management role after three years.
