Convenience Graduate Scheme
Our convenience stores provide an essential role on the street corners of our local communities. At Morrisons Daily, we're committed to bringing quality and freshness expected from Morrisons, right into the heart of the community, offering a wide range of groceries, fresh produce, and essentials, making quick shopping easy.
On our 2-year programme, you’ll think quickly on your feet at the heart of the action. You’ll quickly learn about our different store operations and take part in our central convenience function or have the chance to be involved in projects that expand our business further. You will take on the role of the Store Manager running your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit leading your team to ensure the store is a great place for people to work and shop! Towards the end of your programme we’ll show you the ropes of being an Area Manager and support you to establish yourself in leading your own Area.
As the fast-paced world of retail isn’t 9-5, your role will involve early starts, late finishes, and working weekends and Bank Holidays. It’s hard work for sure. But it’s also very rewarding. Every day is different and we’ll support you every step of the way.
