We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Group Audit Manager to join the Risk and Internal Audit team at Hilmore house. Reporting to the Director of Risk and Audit, you will oversee the audit process, ensuring completion on time and on budget, whilst delivering valuable observations to the business in the areas that make a difference.

Here at Morrisons, our Senior Group Audit Manager's do the following;
Support the Director of Risk and Audit in developing the function towards its vision of leading edge practices.
Develop and execute a dynamic risk-based audit plan that focuses audit activity on key areas of most significant business risk. Provide robust assurance and value creating insight and challenge.
Manage own workload and that of the assigned audit resources and monitor the quality of audit files so that all audit work complies with our methodology and quality standards.
Deliver audits on time and to agreed budgets, present to executive management and agree commercially viable business actions to address areas of risk and failures in the control framework.
Manage key internal stakeholder relationships across the business.
Manage a team of Internal Audit Managers and Auditors to deliver audits across all areas of the business
Keep up to date with and anticipate significant regulatory and business changes, assessing their potential impact and developing audit strategies for audit activity in these areas.
Being involved with business change activities and leading Programme Assurance reviews.
Coach and develop the team, providing feedback on their performance and actively contributing to their personal development and subject matter expertise.
